Fairoz leads and ensures operational readiness of more than 20,000 people in his team. He also manage millions of dollars of operating budget annually and infrastructure. Beyond that, he develops, grooms and optimizes the human capital of people to their highest potential.

My razor-sharp focus on results, aptitude in gaining buy-in, and knack for simplifying problems has served me well across my portfolio of work. That includes leading military operations, planning and training as well as in policy formulation work. I’ve also been known as an innovative thinker and a problem solver across these roles.

Fairoz has a high degree of proficiency in large-scale, high-level security operations – having specialized in that for multiple National Day Parades (a significant and extensive nationwide event). Personal Background

Fairoz is a widower living with his four dearest black cats: Leo, Toto, Milo and Luna.

He also love to travel (at least ten times a year) and dabbles in a bit of golf
