Clement is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years of regional experience across Asia-Pacific in Customer Service, Operations, Training, and Process & Quality Management. He has performed large-scale transformations in service delivery, overseeing teams of over 5,000 full-time employees and managing P&L exceeding US$5 million.
His expertise spans across customer experience strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation – including Contact Centre strategy, CRM and omni-channel deployment, and end-to-end customer journey design. He brings a deep understanding of the service value chain and leverage customer data for meaningful insights and continuous improvement.
Known for a people-centric leadership style, Clement has successfully driven organizational change through balanced, empathetic approaches while achieving strong business outcomes. He brings strong expertise in Design Thinking principles, using creative, user-centred problem-solving techniques to foster innovation and achieve business goals.

Personal Background
Clement is proud of his Peranakan heritage, where traditions, family, and food play a big part in bringing people together. Cooking is one of his greatest joys – it’s how he connect with others, and he believe that whether over a shared meal or in a coaching conversation, meaningful connections happen when people feel seen, heard, and supported.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience across Asia-Pacific – including living and working in China, Malaysia, and Taiwan – Clement have learned that what truly matters in any kind of growth or performance is people. He has led diverse teams through complexity and change, and his coaching approach is grounded in real-world experience, empathy, and a genuine belief in everyone’s potential to grow when given the right space and encouragement.
Volunteering has also deeply influenced who he is – from being a hospice befriender to supporting ex-offenders on their journeys to reintegration. These experiences have taught him that every person has a story worth honouring, and everyone deserves compassion and respect.
